Our 2026 allocations for the BMW Berlin Marathon are sold out. We operate a waitlist and will contact you as soon as a short-notice place opens up or the 2027 allocation is released.
We expect 2027 allocations to open from autumn 2026. People on our waitlist receive the offer first — with priority access to hotel and race-place allotments.
After booking, your race place is 100% guaranteed. You receive a booking confirmation — if a hotel is included, with voucher and paid invoice. From early July of the race year, you receive a link to the race registration form where you enter your best running times, date of birth, and any extras.
The marathon organiser (SCC) and we (S-E-T-T) will send a registration form in early September 2026. You must pick up your race materials in person at the Marathon Expo:
📍 Former Airport Tempelhof
Platz der Luftbrücke 5, 12101 Berlin
📅 Thursday, Sept 24, 2026: 14:00 – 20:00
📅 Friday, Sept 25, 2026: 11:00 – 20:00
📅 Saturday, Sept 26, 2026: 09:00 – 18:30
✅ Entry to the Expo is free.
At the Expo, you will receive:
A T-shirt is not automatically included — you can pre-order an event or finisher shirt online and pick it up at the Expo.
(Only if a hotel is booked with us.)
At hotel check-in, hand the voucher to the receptionist as proof of your prepaid booking. Please note: only what's listed on the voucher is confirmed and prepaid. Extra food, drinks, mini-bar etc. are charged directly by the hotel.
We transfer the data to the official site in August 2026.
We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance. If you cannot participate, insurance covers all costs. As with all marathons, no free cancellation is possible — of course we will try to help you resell your place. View official cancellation conditions →
Yes! During the marathon days, our team is on-site taking care of our runners and ensuring everyone has a great experience.
Due to Berlin Marathon rules, we can only sell Marathon packages — no way around it.
Yes — we regularly organise groups of 8 to 120 runners for running clubs, agencies and corporate teams. For 2027 we already accept enquiries so allocations can be reserved early. Use our group travel form.
Beyond Berlin, we organise packages for London, New York, Chicago, Boston, Tokyo (World Marathon Majors) and selected European races. Current availability in the Ticket Shop.
We recommend hotels in Charlottenburg/Ku'damm (near the start) or Mitte/Alexanderplatz (near the finish). On race morning Berlin public transport runs extended hours — transit from hotel to start typically takes under 20 minutes.
On our waitlist you'll be first to know when 2027 allocations open or a 2026 spot becomes available short-notice.
