A good travel package requires much attention to detail to ensure that all components are expertly combined to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for the customer. Every aspect of the package, from the accommodation and transportation to the activities and excursions, must be carefully selected and coordinated to ensure they complement each other and meet the customer's needs and preferences.

What You’ll Do

  • Setting up new projects in our system.

​

  • Discussing new projects with the team and creating requests with our suppliers. 

​

  • Discuss and negotiate rates and conditions

​

  • Preparing offers and file relevant correspondence, contracts
     

  • Sending out emails and other correspondence

  • Creating email mailings and Facebook entries

​

  • Working with Google Tables and Docs

​

  • Assisting with other tasks as needed

​

  • Preparing Vouchers and Travel documents

​

  • Communicate with Supplies and Agents

​

  • Run Tours remotely (Hot Line in emergency cases)

​

  • Assist with Invoicing for customers and payment control

​

  • Check incoming invoices for projects

Who You are

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • You are interested in travel and like to put tours together

  • You know your geography (and how to use google maps)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • You think practically and You can solve challenges

  • Experience with office management or a similar role is a plus
