What You’ll Do

Negotiating rates and conditions with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the agency is getting the best possible deals for its clients.

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the agency has a strong network of contacts and resources.

Researching and identifying new suppliers and vendors to expand the agency's offerings and to ensure that it is always getting the best deals.

Managing the agency's contracts with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all parties are meeting their obligations.

Communicating with other teams within the agency, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the agency's deals and agreements with suppliers and vendors.

Providing regular reports to management on the agency's supplier and vendor relationships, including identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies for achieving better results.s
Who You are

You are someone who is responsible for coordinating and managing the invoicing process for your company's suppliers.​​

You have experience working with suppliers and vendors and be able to research and identify new suppliers and vendors to expand the agency's offerings.

You are able to analyze and interpret market data, and be able to think strategically to find the best deals for the agency

You are able to communicate effectively with other teams and be able to work well in a team environment​​

You have a good understanding of the travel industry and our business and have a good understanding of financials and budgeting
