S-E-T-T stands for Sport & Events Tours & Travel. Since 1989, we've been solving real problems for real agencies — and we haven't stopped.

Where we come from

We started in 1989 as a destination management company for Germany and Austria, specializing in group travel for sports events and cultural tours.

As demand grew, we expanded across Central and Northern Europe. In the 1990s, we faced a choice: keep managing paper allotments, or build digital systems. We chose to build.

Together with IT experts, we created proprietary booking infrastructure — systems that are still in use today. Over time, we realized we had become a technology company — but one with a difference.

What makes us different

Every feature we built came from the agent's perspective, from real problems we'd encountered ourselves. When partners said "can we use that too?" — SETT Hub was born.

As a private company, we think long-term. No investor pressure for quick revenue. No shortcuts. Just solid infrastructure that has weathered every crisis in the travel industry for over three decades.

We don't compete on marketing spend. We compete on product quality, support, and trust.

1989

The Beginning

Founded as a DMC for Germany & Austria. Specialized in group travel for sports and cultural events.

1990s

Going Digital

Replaced paper contracts with dynamic availability systems. Expanded destinations to Central & Northern Europe.

2000s

Building Infrastructure

Partnered with IT experts to create proprietary booking systems. Technology became core to everything we do.

2010s

Platform Launch

SETT Hub launched as a full B2B booking platform. Product lines expanded, partnerships grew organically worldwide.

2020s

AI Integration

Integrated AI to accelerate workflows for individual and group bookings. Weathered the pandemic, emerged stronger.
