Two simple ways to book

1. Auto-Login from SETTHub

A single click from your SETTHub dashboard signs you in — no extra password, no retyping agency data.

When you click Open Ticket Shop on your SETTHub dashboard, we carry your agency details across automatically.

Inside the shop you are logged in as your agency — name, address, email, phone, country and VAT number are all pre-filled. You only fill in group leader + traveler details.

Find event

Search by sport, city, date or team across the full inventory in real-time.

Choose tickets

Pick category + quantity. Live stock, live pricing in EUR incl. markup. Add to cart.

Traveler details

Agency & leader pre-filled. Fill traveler passport + city of birth (required by suppliers).

Payment

Card (instant) or invoice payment for approved agency partners. Confirmation email + TIX invoice.

3. Payment options

All agencies can pay by card. Approved agency partners can additionally choose invoice payment — tickets ship immediately, invoice follows by e-mail.

Hub partners: no card surcharge. Without Hub access: 5% direct booking surcharge is added at checkout.

4. Delivery, coupons, cancellations

Ticket delivery

E-tickets are sent by email as soon as they are released by the event organiser. Depending on the event, this may be anywhere from a few days before the event down to matchday itself. For security reasons, organisers deliberately release e-tickets as late as possible to prevent counterfeiting — this is a club protection measure, not a delay on our side.

Coupons

Apply a coupon code in the cart. Promotional codes (e.g. NEW-WEBSITE5 = 5% off) are validated server-side and applied before payment.

Cancellations

Once confirmed, sport-event ticket bookings are binding and non-refundable. Applies to card and invoice payments alike.
